Normally, I'll be sharing updates on my top 5 current projects. But since this is the beginning of the year, I think that I'll share my list of projects that have been started and that I hope to work on until they are finished.
My Writing Work-in-Progress List
Short story | Secret Project #1 which is only in the planning stage.
A novella | Secret Project #2 which is started, but mostly in the brewing stage.
Unknown | Not even in the planning stage yet is my short story for the second Mother's Day anthology from Beyond the Bookery.
Breath of Life | A short story I hope to submit to an anthology as well as a part of my Chapel Creek Chronicles series.
4 Short stories | The rest of my 5 part story for the A Warrior's Heart anthology series from Beyond the Bookery.
Oh, The Dwindling | The second novel in the Oh, The Brave series, I can't wait to really start writing it!
Oh, The Cherished | The second novella in the Oh, The Brave series... Which was originally going to be about one thing, but is now going to take a whole different twist that has me so happy.
The Potter's Hand | This is a passion project and one of my favorite WIP. Not only is it a favorite, but it is also the first story I started with Caleb, Everly, and Justice. it is Justice's novel... I hope to finish it sooner than later. (Also part of the Chapel Creek Chronicles.) Find the storyboard here!
Always | Le sigh. This was the one story aside from Oh, The Lamented that I wanted to finish. It didn't happen, but it hasn't been forgotten either. Always is a bit of a hard project as it is heavy, but it is also a super fun and at times light story.
Born Rebellious & Born Royal series| Secretive project, and that's all I'm gonna say.
Short story (classic retelling...) | Another secret project, but this one isn't confirmed.
The Meaning of Life Series | A series that I've been in the process of writing for a long time. It was recently overhauled as the changes in Oh, The Brave series made a lot of changes necessary in this sequel series.
Ally's Hope | The first ever project that I really thought I would finish when I first started writing. It was once planned to be a novel, however, it is now (hopefully) going to be a novella in the Chapel Creek Chronicles.
Oh, The Brave | Last, but not least, is the rest of the Oh, The Brave series that haven't already been mentioned.
I have other works-in-progress, but these are my most anticipated and top projects.
I really can't wait to write these stories, share them with you, and hold the paperbacks in hand.
