Italics and bold means progress

  • Finish Always | So, um, yeah, not yet. I took a break from writing due to another couple of viruses.

  • Read at least one book of the Bible... I am going to do better about my Bible reading, I am! | Read Luke! Well, my family took turns reading it each night, but I personally read the Bible myself.

  • Read a few books | I read a couple books, not many, but I read.

  • Launch Seize the Night | Done... There were some issues and even now I am still trying to get Amazon to work for the ebook, but otherwise it went well.

  • Blog tour for Seize the Night | Finished!

  • Write and edit my short story for Seize the Love | In progress... *facedesk* I seriously could do without the bugs my family has gotten, I have writing to do!

  • Do a blog post every day of the month for 31-for-31 Christmas Book Reviews | So, I failed this mostly... But I did do some of the posts and though I fell behind I am hopeful to do it in full next year. Cold aside I had various things interrupting my reading time in November and December so it wasn't as smooth as I hoped for reading.

  • Share the giveaway that is for both Seize the Night and 31-for-31 | Done! Sending it out in January.

  • Share, share, share about Seize the Love (info is coming during the blog tour!) | Did this, and am so excited to see what everyone has written. Though the submissions are still open here: https://forms.gle/N72492fXDenXwKhi7

  • Have Christmas with my family | This was a change in plans, we nearly did our family Christmas on Christmas Day, but it didn't feel right so we're doing our normal Christmas in January which couldn't have me happier!

  • Bake a pie or two and bake/cook my special stuff for Christmas, cook, and just bake. Use my Enjoy Life white chocolate chips wisely... I have the best Momma who got me an awesome order from them for my birthday. | I made lots of things this month! Turkey broth, ham and bean soup... Both of which were made in our big pots (64 quart pot for the ham and bean soup which ended up giving me 4 full gallon bags and the turkey broth was made in the 32 quart pot gave me nearly 4 full gallons of broth but I had to switch to the bigger pot.) so that's a bigger thing, lol. Made a single serve apple cobbler and a single serve chicken fajita casserole both of which were so good. Made one batch of cookies which were like sugar cookies with white chocolate chips, and I added different things to separate parts, I ended up with marshmallow lemon, chocolate crinkle, peppermint, cranberry, and pistachio. Other treats I made were white chocolate bark with different toppings, oreos, peppermint, chocolate peppermint cookies, and a few other candy like things. My DF/GF oreo truffles turned out just like the normal ones and that had me so happy! And I had left over chocolate and sugar so I made a tootsie roll like candy lightly coated in powdered sugar. Cooked some super yummy chicken fajita burritos, Cooking is something I've fallen in love with again except when sick, which meant I heated up lots of the turkey broth, had ham and bean soup, and made simple chicken soup with spices and lots of black pepper. I've started to consider sharing more about cooking/baking on here and not just as wins/goals/whatever, I'd love to hear if you'd like to see posts like that. And for New Year's Eve I did the roasts except for the potatoes so made two roasts since Mom had to help Dad and my bro with the "sick" bus aka a part broke.

  • Send out 2 newsletters | Actually did this one!

  • Post on social media (a sick number of times, lol. I kinda hate social media, if you can't tell.) | Eh, I did not share on social media as much as I wanted to, however I figured out some plans for 2023.

Now, that's all for my to do list in December.

I've debated sharing yearly goals, or really even making yearly goals and in the end, I like having abstract goals for 2023, so I'll share my yearly goals and my monthly goals, starting with my goals for January!
